Unified Light
"Empowering personal development for enlightening energy bodies."
&
Unified Light is a meditative art form that can be utilized to find refuge in any moment. It offers a method to ease resistance within our experiences, as stress or suffering of various forms can appear when we are out of alignment. In realizing the difference between agency and control, we can attune our perception, how situations make us feel, and how we deal internally with what arises.
The tools to improve your quality of life are within you. Unified Light's emotional guidance system can provide support in creating or refining the unique language of your being, as it's designed to help you uncover these internal pattens and messages.
In understanding the principles of manifestation as they relate to business or everyday social experiences, we expand our cultivation of peace and empowerment from within, to the outside world.
Unified Light is adaptable. There are many opportunities to delve more intricately into the relationship between emotions and your internal communication, with peace techniques to support. Further expansion into Chakras (also studied as the glands that create part of the endocrine system), Five Element Theory (the basis of the acupuncture meridian system), and the way these are intertwined into our everyday experiences, are also offered.

Yoga has been taught for thousands of years, and is offered all over the world. This creates a pretty large variety of styles that are available with, at times, varied Yoga methodology. In traditional Hatha Yoga Asana, Yoga is not about flexibility! It's about the levels of peace Yoga practices can provide, to support life's challenges being soothed, and creating more joy. Asana, or Yoga poses, is just one of the eight limbs of Yoga. The physical flexibility that may or may not happen is more of a side effect than the goal. Using props as needed to avoid pushing or forcing and to support proper alignment, Iyengar Yoga is about ease. We try to release any accumulation of ego surrounding comparison, regarding the way poses look, while following the principles of unique alignment for each individual. We often utilize the Pranayama limb of Yoga, or Yogic breathing practices, to balance the body with nourishing oxygen, and use chant or mantra (like any singing) to stimulate the pituitary and pineal glands, which can help with the production of oxytocin and serotonin. All in holding space for a feel-good experience. Dhyana, or Yogic meditation, is offered as well. If you're new to Yoga, or have physical limitations, try a few one-on-one sessions or FUNdamentals classes to get comfortable!
